Suspension is a core component of semi trailers, supporting the whole load, absorbing road shocks and maintaining stable tire contact with pavement. We supply four mainstream suspension options: American mechanical suspension, German mechanical suspension, single-point suspension and air bag suspension, to match different road conditions and customer requirements.

The American type suspension enjoys great popularity in Africa, South America and some emerging markets. It features simple construction, low cost and easy field maintenance. Its leaf spring structure can withstand heavy impact on rough roads, ideal for heavy hauling and poor road surfaces.

German type suspension is widely favored in Europe and Central Asia. It adopts high-strength leaf springs with optimized force distribution, offering better ride stability and longer service life. It performs well on long-distance highway transport with less wear on tires and chassis.

Single-point suspension concentrates all suspension loads on one connecting bracket. This design enables automatic balance among axles. When the trailer runs on uneven ground, axle load can be evenly distributed, reducing overload risk and tire abrasion, perfect for over-length or oversize cargo transportation.

Air suspension (air bag suspension) uses rubber air bags instead of traditional leaf springs. It provides superior shock absorption and adjustable chassis height. It protects fragile cargo and road surfaces, brings smooth riding, and is commonly used for tank trailers, flatbeds and high-value goods transport.
